I hope he used proper add ones, it was something about it in the instruction...
He probably did, given he can actually wear them.
Anyway, commands?

Now that Traskarz is outside, talk with 60 about what good the ladder may do.

Now that Traskarz is outside, talk with 60 about what good the ladder may do.
You see Traskarz with the ladder:

60: Where did you get the ladder, and why are you carrying it here?
Traskarz: I got the ladder from the other side of the room, which you never saw. I'm carrying the ladder because it can come in handy later.
60: Ok.
Later Snarr walks out:

Traskarz: I see you have translators, so can you understand me?
Snarr: Yes, I can, so, what next?

Look at the ceiling
You look at the ceiling:

And you find nothing of particular interest.

Continue looking at the ceiling, if boredom ensues ask Traskarz to use the ladder to see what's inside the large gaping hole in the wall.
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

As you continue looking at the ceiling, you tell Traskarz:
60: Use the ladder to see what's inside the large gaping hole.
As Traskarz does that, he finds the hole hides an unexplored tunnel, but leads to a large empty space itself:

Try to investigate this dark place, look on every wall and try to find light-switch or something like that.

Sorry, but the empty space (coloured black) is like a void, with no floor, walls or ceiling.
Unless you mean the tunnel Traskarz is in?
