Speaking of Wizards, I've liked 'Magician' by Raymond E Feist for a very long time.
And the Dark is Rising by Susan Cooper.:)

Jesus Christ the Name of the Rose is AMAZING
TT: I guess one could use those words to describe it.

There was something by Feist I wanted to read...I forget what it is though. I'm not into heavy Fantasy/Sci-Fi, so it's not Magician.

There's a book about wizards called Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell that I've always liked. It's written so that it is not pretentious at all to have magic around. It's pretty much my favorite portrayal of magic, because it's very subdued.

Question: Has anyone read the Metro 2033, 2034 books?
I've seen the game, but I want to read the books.
My library and its system with other counties don't have a copy.
And I don't want to end up buying a copy.
The reason is because once I read it, I would end up remembering the majority of it.
And because of that, I wouldn't read it again for awhile.

Do you know anyone who has got it? You could ask them to borrow a copy.
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

Yes, I have read 2033. Not 2034 yet, as it not out in a language I read fluently enough.
Trust me, it is an excellent book, creepy at times, but really excellent. Definitely one of my favorites. If you can find copy of it, I would recommend giving it a try.
I'm not a latin popstar.
