Angry as hell with the person running the Submachine wiki.
I'll quote his "Issue" with my extension with my own page. Saying its all fan fiction. Its not, its right there, on the wall, written in chalk. Let me quote him and my response.

Hello there

Going through the edit history, I noticed some trade-off between WIQ's latest speculation/theory of the Quiet rooms history being added and removed. Though I agree with you that since it is not a proven history of the area, I was wondering if we could move it to his theories page? That page and the main Theories page needs updating anyway in light of the new room.

I just don't want to keep it entirely off the wiki, especially because he hasn't had much experience in editing on the Wiki before.

Let me know your thoughts!

Unbelievable. You say "Its all Speculation", yet its in the game. I swear you logic deduction is........ If its in the game, even if the theory is wrong, its still in the game.

I put work into that story within the note. Hell, I came up the answer after having a car accident and had a small concussion where I was trap under the guise for insanity for a month. For the 2nd time mind you. Having the theory only to work if you have the drawing. One last thing, you said: "There is no direct mention anywhere in the game of this character reaching the 8th layer." If you won't listen to common logic, then listen to basic Submachine Logic.

- How is it possible, that people are still coming through the loop and trying to turn off the defense systems? After all these years...

- What would you have me do. Destroy his creation? Destroy the whole section?

Fan fiction my a$% If its obviously stated in the d#$% game, its not a fan fict. More over, last I check, the SNEE is full of theories where 2/3 have gone down the drain since Submachine 9 came out. More over, if you had an account on the Pastel Forum, which I assume you do, then you know rather the obvious fact in regards to my additions.

More over, I have an actual Black Dossier in my Possession, it has my actual sketch and note as well as observation in real life. It has all of the coordinate in SNEE written in it, it has all the puzzle clue written down, it has a map of the land of KENT FROM LAYER 5, it has a map of the KENT LIGHTHOUSE, it has EINSTEINS, it has ALLOT OF WORK PUT INTO IT. I DON'T SEE ANYONE ELSE HAVING THEIR OWN SUBMACHINE JOURNAL IN REAL LIFE!!!!! So don't be p#$%^&% on MY WORK.

Again, FAN FICTION MY A@#$!! ITS IN THE D$%^ GAME! IT WRITTEN RIGHT THERE ON THE WALL, WITH CHALK. THE LOGIC ASSUMPTION FROM MY STORY WRITTEN ON THE NOTE, THIS SO CALLED "FAN FICTION" IS NOTHING MORE THAN YOUR ATTEMPT TO CONTROL MY OWN WORK.

There is no direct mention anywhere in the game of this character reaching the 8th layer, descending into madness, keeping a black dossier or anything else you keep adding to the page. All of that info comes from you and your theories which are, again, not part of the Submachine canon. Keep your theories on your theories page. Keep this page for official information only.

That you have your room doesn't means that, as you can shape it as you want, you then shape the structure of the Subnet, that's Mateusz job.

The problem here is the matter of the Layer 8, you're treating that your statement of the Layer 8 as true, which is still speculation, and then fan-fiction. As Mordikai said, there's no proves of that. You can't make a theory saying Layer 8 is like that, and then say that because is in Subnet, its true.
Think about AK, he didn't made any conjecture concerning the layer change divice until Mateusz confirmed it. Mateusz as for now didn't confirmed anything more about Layer 8 that from what we have already in Sub9.

I have my version of the story, and it doesn't involves Layer 8, I think the dude who wrote the inscriptions with chalks went out of bandages to cover the cameras, and then when he faced the last camera (At the far right section of the Def Sys area), the Defense System trapped him.

Building off of what Enihcambus said...unfortunately there's no proof that your user is the same person who wrote the inscriptions on the walls in the chalk. I think MS made a dual purpose for your room:

one purpose is to show the story of a person who became "trapped" or similar by the Subnet,

one purpose is to show your theories in this area.

But the two purposes aren't necessarily directly linked together.

There's no doubt that this is Your Room as far as theories go (sorry if that sounds redundant). But there simply is not proof that the content of your theories and the plight of the chalk writer directly relate to each other. That is why we really do not know the history of the room, because all we know about that is what MS wrote for us on the walls. Your theories, I think, are separate from that.

You control the theories in the room. But MS controls a different story about the room. I think that's what's going on here. The theories do not influence MS's story, rather it is the other way around.

So as far as adding to your theories page, that's fine. That is the better place for your thoughts on the Subnet, while the page for the WIQ Room (and for any other room page in the Subnet) is for clearly defined fact. There is room for both.

Please PM if you have any more questions. I'm not going to pretend that I know everything about how the Subnet works (and every other user knows that I've tried to compensate for that by exploding on the forum, as Bender and Sublevel 102 so eloquently put it ) but I want to help resolve this as soon as possible.

Last I recall, he left running the wiki page to his fans.
I know cause I remember the voting session awhile ago for a new admin.

You guys all say "Layer 8" this, and "Layer 8" that.
But back in Submachine 8 came out, back when we only had 7 out of the 8 buttons on the Navigator.
I saw, it was clearly there in two, no, three parts of the game that said "Their was and 8th Layer."

I called it.
Mateusz said their was no 8th Layer.
After that, all the Pastel Forunners were eating out of his hand.

I never go by Mateusz Word.
Only with what the game shows.
Then Submachine 9 comes out.
There an 8th Layer.

I was right all along.
But...Nooooooooo.
Mateusz words are final.
If I have any right in the world, The Pastel Forum, or the Submachine wiki for that matter has the right to say they made it to the 8th Layer, its me.
Cause I was right, and even when no one believe me at first, in the end:

I Was Right.

One last thing, again, you guys are eating out of someone else hand.

So what are you suggesting should be done? Evidently both you and the Wiki aren't going to be satisfied with each other's answers. The best course of action is to figure out what you need, then figure out what the Wiki needs, and then go from there.

(I'm exercising my skill in mediating that I took in 6th grade, 6 years ago I just want to help resolve this issue)

2) If someone were wrong and you were right, that doesn't mean this time you're right and everyone is wrong
3) SubWiki is not one-man site, new informations are constructed by agreement with other users.
