On topic: has anybody had a dream where they get injured, and when they wake they have a massive cramp in that area?

Nope.
As for that cliff, sometimes I find myself falling down a bottomless shaft of some sort.
Is this my final form?

I don't remember falling in any of the dreams I remember.

I've had a cramp after feeling pain in a dream before, but it has always been clear that the cramp caused pain in the dream, not the other way around. For instance, I once had a dream (about 20 years ago actually) in which all my friends and family turned to demonic monsters. The dream ended with my mom grabbing my arm and digging her now clawed hand into my flesh. I felt an intense pain and woke up to find I was sleeping on top of my arm.

Every time I fall in a dream I usually wake up immediately, but it hasn't happened for a while.

Every time I fall in my dreams, the opposite happens,I'll enter a deeper sleep,a probably dreamless one,and now that I think of it,that's probably the reason why I don't fly a lot in my dreams.

Like going into limbo :P

It's fun to know that everyone has a different "way" of dreaming, I've never really had as weird dreaming "techniques" (for lack of a better word) than you guys XD I just go to bed and wake up, sometimes with the memory of a dream (just like watching a movie.)
