But what does that mean? What is a psychological border?
A midset?
(Ie.You are conditioned to think in a certain way,so when you find a problem which can only be approached from another angle,you can't solve it.)

It's psychological, it's possible to get past (difficult, but possible).
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

It was mostly a joke: if one doesn't have any sort of a mindset - i.e. function in one's brain - you're dead. I really do think that one can't rid himself of a mindset though.

Have any of you guys used the "Teach Yourself" series of books? I'm quite interested in seeing how they perform outside of the language area, since I've gotten the one for Arabic and I really like it :D
