this black void is a dimension called "Subspace". It's used as a fast travel system and sometimes, it's able to connect minds. Guess what that made me think of.

When I think of Subspace, I actually think of the campaign mode for Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Which I think was kick-ass, by the way :D

I saw The Martian this morning in theaters.
9 out of 10! It was also real funny with the jokes the main protagonist makes while recording his logs.

Well, is it that good?

At first it sounded to me like "generic catastrophe drama movie where man gets f'ed over all movie long and dies in the end", but the more I've been hearing about it once it came out, the better and more interesting this seems to be.

Or that might've been because I know that there are way too many movies like that generic style I've described, so who knows, maybe I'm just judging the book by its cover (and a cover that doesn't seem to quite fit the story :P)
