Well we should have something more than just Theories on SNEE. 2/3 of SNEE is noting but Theories. Maybe add something like the Lost Note on that Cliff, it gave more to the Submachine Game Story/Plot.
We could add Notes that we written that could be added to SNEE, to give more to the Submachine Story Structure. We could put it on certain subjects such as how Henry O'Toole built the physical structure of the Subnet.

I'd also find it nice to have more canon elements in SNEE, I'm sure Mateusz will add more of these in the future.
Then there are also the photographies, they could take the place of theories as the main user-generated content being added in SNEE in later stages of the project.
And maybe even videos, like the black hole one. There are so many possibilities

Oh, and how about more puzzles and the access of other transportation methods (e.g. root transporter, green karma portals, movers etc.), then it will really become a Massively (with emphasis on the Massive) Single-Player Online game.
